Dub Sutherland has a broad-based practice emphasizing corporate acquisitions and dispositions, corporate financings, commercial transactions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. He represents established and growth companies seeking capital investment, buyers and sellers of businesses, and financial institutions. He also assists business owners with corporate and subsidiary formation, entity management, corporate governance matters, and drafting and negotiating contracts, and counsels companies, investors, and financial institutions in lending transactions. He especially enjoys working with small and family owned businesses and financial institutions in strategic and succession planning, evaluating management and management structure, and improving risk management practices.
